What do I need to bring to my appointment?
You should bring your ID, insurance information, and a list of any current medications. Also, please bring reading glasses if you need them.
How early should I arrive for my first therapy appointment?
New clients must fill out intake paperwork prior to their first therapy appointment. Therefore, we recommend that you arrive 20 minutes prior to the time of your therapy appointment.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most insurance plans. Our providers are credentialed with different insurance companies. Please call 706-884-5050 to find out which providers accept your insurance.
What is therapy like?
Psychotherapy, or counseling, varies depending on the client's needs. Our providers will work with you to set treatment goals that address your current needs. Your therapist will use evidence-based practices (like cognitive-behavioral therapy) to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as possible solutions to any problems you might be facing.

Mon-Fri: 9:30 am - 7:30 pm
* However, appointment times are set by the client and clinician and may not always fall within standard office hours.
